Brooklyn Tweed - Peerie

Brooklyn Tweed's worsted spun fingering weight yarn that is built for fine gauge fabrics and colourwork. With an extensive palette you're sure to find inspiration for projects small and large.

We've been knitting with this at Loop and it's beautiful - bouncy and squishy and soft. Lovely for colourwork.

FINE WOOL

Pure Merino sourced from Nevada and Utah — our finest fiber yet at 20.5 microns. Fabrics made from Peerie feel soft and supple against the skin.

STRENGTH

The worsted-spun construction aligns the fibers horizontally to create a smooth yarn with just the right amount of twist and a perfect amount of bounce as you work.

STRUCTURE

The 4-ply structure means textured stitches and lace sing as they are worked to create a fabric with excellent drape and stitch definition.

SPECTRUM

Skein-dyed in Maine, this yarn launches with 45 colors, about half of which are shared with other Brooklyn Tweed worsted-spun core yarns, Arbor  and Vale.
