Peerie flooers means “little flowers” in Shetland dialect.
Pattern includes instructions for 2 sizes, and full colour charts.
You will need 1 of each of the following shades of Rowan Fine Tweed: Arncliffe, Bainbridge, Hubberholme, Leyburn, Murker, Nappa, Richmond.
If using a different fingering weight / 4ply yarn (that knits to the same gauge), for the small hat you will need 50 yards or less of each of two background shades (oatmeal and palest blue); 25 yards or less of four major contrast shades (red, mid-blue, and two different shades of green) and 10 yards or less of one minor contrast shade (yellow). The medium hat uses approximately 10 more yards of the background and contrast colours, and 5 more yards of the minor contrast shade.
