Loop's going to NYC for our second
pre-Holiday pop-up shop!
November 15th-17th 2019
This is just a bit of information of when the weekend popup will take place and what we will be offering in terms of workshops, a knit afternoon and the Friday Night preview. It's a heads-up in case you are thinking of making plans to come as some people have started to ask us.
For the popup shop on Saturday and Sunday there is no need to book anything as we are open to all and can't wait to welcome you!
The shop will be open from the Friday evening ticketed preview event and all day Saturday and Sunday.
We will also be having lots of events with special guests from around the world this year including Julie Arkell, Tif Fussell and wonderful Sini and Jonna from Laine magazine!
Friday November 15th:
Friday workshop with Julie Arkell 10:30am-4:30pm, with a break for lunch. SOLD OUT.
(if you attend the Friday class your booking welcomes you back to the Preview evening that same day so there is no need to book that separately)
This is a ticketed event where you will be able to have a drink and nibbles and be the first to shop at the Loop popup and meet with Susan, Paola, Julie, Tif and Jonna and Sini.
Limited number of tickets will be available. SOLD OUT.
Saturday November 16th:
Shop open from 10am-6:00
Melanie Falick will join us from 2-4pm on Saturday to sign copies of her new book 'Making a Life' - a very beautiful book about makers and crafters around the world.
Sunday November 17th:
Shop open from 10am-6:00
Saturday and Sunday are free for all to come by and attend between 10am and 6pm - no need to book to enter the shop.
We're so excited to tell you all about our wonderful event in NYC in the Autumn.
Over the weekend of November 15-17th we will be guests of mYak at Here Now Space in the West Village on Perry Street.
We'll be bringing loads of gorgeous yarns, haberdashery, kits and handmade things from our London shop so you can get a little taste of Loop to treat yourself or begin your Holiday shopping.
In addition to the workshops the Loop pop-up will be well stocked with some gorgeous British, French and European yarns from indie-dyers based on this side of the pond - Qing Fibre, La Bien Aimee, Life in the Long Grass, Lain A'mouree, The Border Mill , Walk Collection, Daughter of a Shepherd and others as well as beautiful Viola Yarns!
We'll have some terrific kits made of some of these yarns that will all come in a Loop cotton shopper which make the most perfect gifts as well as a special Loop in NYC bag and loads of very beautiful gifts and haberdashery.
Lots of very talented people are busy making some special things for us to bring to the NY shop and we can't wait to show it all to you.
We hope you can visit us!
Pencil the weekend in your diary and make plans to visit us Stateside as we would really love to see you!
