Yama Merino Linen Worsted

We're very honoured to be stocking Yama Yarn from South Africa - it is truly special.

Yama Merino Linen Worsted is a super cosy plied yarn. The soft ply and linen fibres give this yarn a rustic, almost handspun character. Next to skin soft and suitable for projects such as sweaters, shawls and hats.

Dye batches do vary, please make sure to purchase enough yarn to complete your project and remember to alternate skeins when knitting larger pieces.

Look out for the "Yanis Sweater" a new colour work design by Isabell Kraemer using 2 contrast colours and a main colour. Pattern release later this year, date TBC.

See our blog post from October 25th for a look into the world of Madeleine, the hand-dyer behind Yama Yarns and some more pattern ideas.
