The London shop is now open

Our opening hours are 12-5pm Wednesday to Sunday.

Click and Collect has also resumed. If you have chosen this method at checkout, please wait until you receive a dispatch email from us which tells you your order is ready to be collected. We're here Monday to Saturday from 11am-5pm for collections.

We respectfully ask that if it is busy (if there is a queue outside the shop) that you try and limit your time in the shop to no more than 15-20 minutes. Please read our safety measures for guidelines when visiting. The main things are that you must still wear a face covering during your visit and we are still cashless (card or ApplePay only).

We have thought very hard about the best way to keep our staff and visitors as safe as possible, and have put together measures to balance safety with the experience of visiting a yarn shop when you are next able to.

Since 1st January 2021 there have been changes to the way the parcels are delivered to Ireland and countries in the European Union. To keep your experience with us as smooth as possible, we've outlined a few key things you need to know about placing an order from, or shipping to countries in the EU.

I am visiting from another country - does anyone speak another language at Loop?

Yes! Our staff are multilingual and, depending on the day of the week, we have staff that speak various languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian and a smidgeon of Arabic.

Knit Night

Normally held at the shop on Thursday evenings. With the health of our customers and staff in mind we have suspended our wonderful Knit Nights until further notice due to COVID19.

Delivieries during Covid-19 pandemic

We are still here in the shop gathering and packing your online orders and sending them out five days a week.

With the combined increase in online deliveries and a possible slowing down in some locations through Royal Mail, parcels are sometimes taking longer to reach their destinations within the UK and overseas.

We are doing the best we can and thank you for your patience with a situation that is out of our control as we all adapt.
