At any one time we are happy to have up to 4 people visiting spread over the two floors of the shop. You will not be let in without a face covering. This is for everyone's safety - our customers and staff. If you have health issues that prevent you from wearing a face covering, we will do everything we can to help you via our online shop, email, phone, WhatsApp video calls or speaking outside the shop.
If you arrive and the shop is 'full' we will kindly ask you to wait outside. If this is the case we are happy to take your number and send you a text when space opens up in the shop.
We thank you for your understanding in trying to both remain open for visits and keeping it as safe as it can be for everyone.
To ensure social distancing we are limiting the number of people in the shop at any one time. We will have a reduced number of people over our two floors in the London shop.
To help with this we ask that you come on your own, or only with another person that is from your household (of course your children are welcome to come with you).
We ask that you wear a mask before entering our shop. If you do not have one we are happy to supply you with one. Hand gel will be provided, as you enter the shop. Both a face covering and hand gel must be used before entering Loop.
You can touch but we ask that you refrain from holding yarn up to your face.
Until further notice we will only be accepting cashless transactions through credit and debit cards or ApplePay.
We will be practicing frequent sanitising of all surfaces and card terminals, door handles, baskets and our perspex till screen throughout the day.
At this time returns may take a little longer as we are putting the returned parcels aside for 3 days after they are delivered before handling them.
We have reduced opening days and hours so please bear this in mind when planning a visit. From October 25th we are open Thursday-Saturday 11am-5pm. This gives us time for our staff to arrive safely to work, unpack deliveries, manage our online shop and make sure everything is clean and as good as it can be before we open our doors to welcome you.
